🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in CS/TAM/Enterprise AM in SaaS, esp. cybersecurity IAM.
  • Proven net revenue retention leadership across large Enterprise accounts.
  • Experience managing complex global accounts with multi-year ARR.
  • Executive forecasts and portfolio insights to senior leadership.
  • Upsell and cross-sell success across global orgs.
  • Direct engagement with CISOs and executive security stakeholders.
  • IAM, Zero Trust, SSO, MFA and modern enterprise security frameworks.
