  • 5+ years in workforce planning or capacity modelling.
  • Proven experience turning forecasts into staffing and capacity decisions.
  • Expertise designing and governing analytical models and planning frameworks.
  • Experience selecting or implementing workforce planning tools.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI; exec dashboards and analysis.
  • Able to influence senior stakeholders with data-driven insights.
