  • Experience turning forecasts into staffing and investment decisions.
  • Expertise designing and governing analytical models and planning frameworks.
  • Experience selecting or implementing workforce analytics tooling.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI; exec dashboards.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders using data-driven insight.
