- 5+ years in workforce planning, capacity modelling, or ops analytics.
- Forecasting experience translating demand to staffing and investment decisions.
- Expertise designing and governing analytical models and planning frameworks.
- Experience selecting or implementing workforce analytics tooling.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI; executive-ready dashboards.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with data-driven insights.
