  • Own workforce planning and capacity modelling framework across Operations.
  • Translate demand into staffing and FTE models; build short/medium/long-term plans.
  • Lead demand forecasting across operational queues; model scenarios.
  • Deliver executive-ready analytics and dashboards (Excel, Power BI).
  • Define functional requirements with Operations, Finance, HR, Data, and Technology; evaluate tools/vendors.
  • Support intraday decisions and analyze utilization and productivity trends.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years in workforce planning, capacity modelling, or ops analytics.
  • Forecasting experience translating demand to staffing and investment decisions.
  • Expertise designing and governing analytical models and planning frameworks.
  • Experience selecting or implementing workforce analytics tooling.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI; executive-ready dashboards.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with data-driven insights.
