  • 10+ years hands-on Workday configuration experience.
  • 7+ years Workday Talent & Advanced Compensation expertise.
  • Proven architecture for global Talent programs (performance, development, succession).
  • Proven architecture for global Advanced Compensation (merit, bonus, equity, multiple plans).
  • 10+ years building Workday security, reporting, and calculated fields in high-risk areas.
  • Principal Architect/Lead for two or more global Workday Performance & Compensation cycles.
