Principal, Web Platform & Experience Strategy

📋 Description

• Define 12–24 month roadmap for headless CMS, components, Core Web Vitals.
• Lead WordPress-to-Contentful migration: content modelling, redirects.
• Partner with Product to shape platform strategy and technical roadmap.
• Own site health, Core Web Vitals, performance, and site-wide metrics with Analytics.
• Oversee the web production pipeline to align updates with goals.
• Establish scalable operating model enabling cross-functional teams to launch pages.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years leading large-scale headless CMS platforms (Contentful, WordPress).
• Strong knowledge of Core Web Vitals, caching, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with technical SEO, structured data, and accessibility.
• Experience writing PRDs, prioritizing backlogs, and running agile rituals.
• Translate technical details for non-technical partners and keep projects moving.
• Experience with GA4, Looker, and Google Search Console; data reporting.
