Principal, Web Platform & Experience Manager

📋 Description

• Own 12–24 month roadmap for headless CMS, components, and Core Web Vitals
• Leverage Contentful to boost page velocity, experiments, and personalization
• Set and own OKRs for Chime.com as a growth channel with leadership reporting
• Incubate new platform capabilities; size opportunities and define requirements
• Own site health metrics: Core Web Vitals, performance, conversion with Analytics
• Partner with SEO/AEO and Content Strategy for templates meeting search best practices
• Build a scalable operating model for cross-functional page launches
• Enable experimentation across the platform for CRO testing

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years owning large-scale headless CMS platforms (Contentful, Storyblok, Sanity)
• Strong command of Core Web Vitals, caching strategies, and performance-tuning techniques
• Hands-on experience with technical SEO, structured data, and accessibility standards
• Proven ability to write PRDs, define acceptance criteria, and drive sprint execution with engineering
• Experience making roadmap trade-offs under resource constraints with bias toward impact
• Fluent in GA4, Looker, and Google Search Console with data-team collaboration on reporting
• Translate technical complexity for non-technical stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Leadership
