Lead architecture and delivery of a multi-region HashiCorp Vault platform on cloud.
Own solution architecture; create and maintain design docs and ADRs.
Ensure platform resilience with performance, DR, and HA strategies.
Primary SME for Vault and secrets management; champion best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to securely integrate services with Vault.
Partner with Security to define control requirements and ensure designs meet them.

🎯 Requirements

Hands-on Vault design/operation in large-scale production.
Multi-region deployments on AWS; GCP/Azure valuable.
IaC and Terraform expertise.
OIDC, SAML, JWT authentication/authorization; PKI lifecycles.
Observability stack Grafana/Prometheus/Loki and Kubernetes tooling (Helm, Argo CD).
Excellent documentation and communication; mentor engineers.
