Principal UX Designer, Platforms

📋 Description

• Own UX end-to-end for QLS and related B2B platform products.
• Design without an existing design system; lay groundwork for one.
• Make judgments on patterns, hierarchy, and tradeoffs across products.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations; work with customers.
• Translate complex operational requirements into simple experiences.
• Iterate quickly as products and business evolve.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years UX or Product Design experience.
• Proven experience designing B2B or SaaS products.
• Senior IC with ownership across multiple product surfaces.
• Strong visual and UX judgment for dense, data-heavy interfaces.
• Comfortable in ambiguous, early-stage product environments.
• Preferred: early product/platform designer; systems; logistics familiarity.
