Principal UX Designer, Engagement

📋 Description

• Shape the long-term vision for user engagement.
• Drive cross-organizational design strategies across products.
• Partner with researchers, PMs, and data scientists to translate insights.
• Lead design solutions for complex engagement problems.
• Create presentations and prototypes to communicate designs to leadership.
• Mentor and develop designers in the Engagement space.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of UX design experience with engagement focus.
• Excellent interaction design, mobile prototyping, and Figma proficiency.
• Experience mapping user needs to UX, IA, and UI decisions (Experience Strategy).
• Proven collaboration with designers, researchers, PMs and engineers.
• Strong storytelling and cross-functional alignment with executives.
• Experience mentoring designers and elevating craft.
