Principal Threat Intelligence Lead

📋 Description

• Build foundational threat intelligence capabilities and provide near-real-time actionable intel to Anthropic’s Security teams
• Develop and deploy tooling to analyze indicators of compromise
• Collaborate across the company to build prevention, observability, and investigative capabilities throughout the intelligence lifecycle
• Lead AI-leveraged threat intelligence solutions and scalable architectures for defense
• Own threat intelligence strategy, driving scaling and maturation of the function
• Build and maintain external relationships with government agencies, ISACs, peers, and intel-sharing communities for early warning

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years building and maturing threat intelligence programs at large-scale companies
• Expert-level understanding of threat actors, techniques, and mitigative strategies
• Experience operating in highly targeted environments (tech, defense industrial base, or critical infrastructure)
• Immense industry connections with industry threat intel teams, especially those targeted by nation-state actors
• Trusted advisor at the executive level, briefing C-suites and translating threat intelligence into business risk language
• Hands-on technical depth in malware analysis, network forensics, or log analysis
