🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or related field.
- 8+ years in AEC or related services with discipline capability.
- Lead discipline-specific portions of complex projects with minimal oversight.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam Studio, MS 365, Google Workspace, GitHub.
- Knowledge of delivery workflows, client expectations, documentation standards, and coordination.
- Industry certifications: RCDD, EIT, PE, CCNA, CDT, PMP.
