- Manage the overall delivery relationship with assigned programs/projects.
- Lead large enterprise implementations with teams of 3 to 10.
- Set up program mgmt functions: communications, meetings, tracking, reporting, escalation, docs.
- Deliver weekly status reports and drive stakeholder alignment.
- Develop financial dashboards and provide project status to clients.
- Identify risks/assumptions/constraints and implement mitigations.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience delivering transformation projects.
- Experience leading Zoom CCaaS implementation projects.
- Deep knowledge of a CCaaS platform: Zoom, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud, Five9, or Connect.
- 5+ years PM/Program Management in a consulting environment.
- Experience managing large enterprise projects with $20k-$1M in consulting services.
- PMP or other PM Certification strongly preferred.
