🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years managing technical programs across cross-functional teams.
- 3+ years at principal or staff level driving multi-org programs.
- Experience leading complex programs in infra/platform, AI/ML, or enterprise/B2B.
- Experience defining KPIs and SLAs; reporting to executive leadership.
- Preferred: shipping AI/ML products or working with foundation models.
- Track record using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to scale TPM throughput.
