🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 15+ years in technical production, program management, venture ops, or R&D
- Experience running pilots, betas, or incubation pipelines with live ops support
- Experience partnering with Technical Program Managers and delivery teams
- Strong technical fluency and credibility with engineering teams
- Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments
