🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years software eng; 3+ years in mgmt leading 5–10+ engineers.
• 5+ years building/operating secure, scalable backend APIs & distributed systems.
• 5+ years building data pipelines, API integrations, or ETL/normalization at scale.
