- Improve part quality and cost via first-principles design/material/manufacturing methods.
- Identify and onboard new suppliers; conduct technical assessments and qualification activities.
- Own NPI and supplier qualification for new parts, drawings, process changes, or sourcing activities.
- Liaise with purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, suppliers to resolve supplier quality issues and drive improvement.

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, chemical, materials, metallurgical, etc.)
- 8+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience
- Experience with machining methods and processes
- Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, FAI (First Article Inspection)
- Knowledge of DOE, Six Sigma, and statistical techniques
- Experience with Quality Systems: ISO 9000/TS/AS9100/NADCAP
