🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in investment banking, insurance or asset management
- Strong analytical skills; solid financial concepts; clear written and verbal skills; detail-oriented
- Proven track record of developing/executing investment strategies or strong interest in investing
- Experience leading and negotiating transactions
- Knowledge of insurance investment and accounting considerations a plus
