π― Requirements
- 8+ years in Strategy & Ops, Partnerships, or Business Development; SaaS/travel tech preferred
- Closer: founder-to-founder level conversations; build rapport with business owners
- Autonomous: operate with high autonomy and minimal ramp-up time
- Proven track record of high-velocity deal flow and client migrations
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
