- Excellent communication and presentation for technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong DB architectures, distributed systems, and cloud concepts
- Experience in performance tuning, scalability, and high availability
- Proficiency in Java, C#, Python
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in CS/Engineering, or equivalent
