- Understanding federal architecture and compliance: FedRAMP, FISMA, DoD RMF, Zero Trust.
- Domain knowledge in DoD, Intel, Civilian, or Health verticals.
- Executive presence; lead discussions with SES, CISO, CIO; technical storytelling.
- Proficiency in Java/Python/SQL/JavaScript and cloud architectures.
