Principal Solution Specialist, AI Developer Services

📋 Description

• Own commercial and technical strategy for AI developer tooling to win customers.
• Drive opportunities where gaps in experiment tracking, model versioning, or LLM observability exist.
• Build depth in AI dev tooling using W&B Models and Weave as flagship examples.
• Translate customer requirements into product feedback for the AI Developer Services roadmap.
• Develop deal structures, technical playbooks, and narratives to accelerate opportunities.
• Engage with ML engineering leads, platform teams, and AI developers on governance and production ML practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in ML engineering, MLOps, or AI platform dev with revenue outcomes.
• 5+ years in experiment tracking, model registry, or LLM observability with W&B or Weave.
• Deep knowledge of ML lifecycle: experiment mgmt, hyperparameters, dataset/versioning, eval.
• LLM app patterns: prompts, RAG, agent eval; observability; knowledge of W&B/Weave.
• Experience with enterprise ML platform teams on governance and scaling AI.
• Ability to benchmark and position tooling against customer MLOps maturity.
