Hybrid role based in San Jose, CA (3 days in office)
Bridge between support and engineering for Zero Trust for Workloads and Microsegmentation
Triage and resolve critical customer issues for satisfaction and stability
Be the Power User; validate features end-to-end in real-world environments
Partner with product managers to define and expand features
Design and implement robust test automation flows and pipelines

🎯 Requirements

US Citizenship required.
Extensive firewall and workload security experience.
Customer-facing experience with escalations and resolutions.
Strong multi-cloud networking: AWS/Azure/GCP; Transit Gateway, GWLB.
DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS knowledge; firewall policies.
