🎯 Requirements
- 12+ years of performance engineering in high-scale production environments.

- Cloud familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with profiling and instrumentation across CPU, GPU, memory, and tracing.
- Define performance objectives and drive delivery against company-wide SLOs.
- Ability to influence teams beyond direct reports and mentor engineers.
- Strong communication and influence to drive technical direction with leadership.
