🎯 Requirements

- System Architecture mastery for large-scale, fault-tolerant distributed systems (Kafka, microservices, Kubernetes/EKS).
- Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps: AWS, Terraform, advanced CI/CD.
- Technical Leadership & Mentorship: guide engineers at all levels.
- Strategic Influence & Collaboration with senior leadership.
- Innovation & Technology Assessment: evaluate and pilot new tech.
