Responsible for software development delivery per specifications and regulatory requirements
Work on projects from design to launch: development, reviews, testing, integration, and deployment
Ensure code quality by overseeing development and adherence to processes
Coordinate with IT and Operations' Development teams for releases and CI/CD
Lead Product Development engineering team, mentoring and driving efficiency
Evangelize emerging technologies and integrate them into products and development strategies

🎯 Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
8+ years of experience with system design and software development
Strong .NET technologies and web stack: React, TypeScript, CSS/SASS
Extensive unit testing and test-driven development; debugging/profiling
Experience with Azure DevOps (ALM) and DevOps practices
3 years of experience in life sciences industry (IRT)
