Interface with QA, Product, Support, Documentation, UX to build connectors
Analyze and refine requirements with Product Management
Quick prototyping to validate scale and performance
Design and implement features with tests, monitoring and alerts
Conduct code reviews and performance tuning

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of Java software development; SCIM and Spring Boot preferred
6+ years building services, internal tools and frameworks
4+ years automating and deploying large-scale production services in AWS/GCP
Deep understanding of caching, streaming, and resilient architectures
Experience with RESTful APIs and SOAP
Ability to work effectively with distributed teams and mentor juniors
