🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years designing and delivering scalable software; strong full-stack background
- Experience leading technical architecture for a platform, product, or team
- Experience building/deploying/operating LLM-powered agents or AI infra
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants and extending them via plugins or hooks
- Experience with MCP or similar agent integration frameworks
- Strong backend (Java/Kotlin) and frontend (TypeScript/React) skills
