Balance AI with rules-based systems for reliability and explainability.
Lead architecture decisions, block poor designs, drive platform evolution.

🎯 Requirements

15+ years building/operating large-scale production systems.
Experience designing data ingestion, extraction, processing at scale.
Distributed systems expertise.
Data platforms and pipelines.
AI/ML-powered extraction or classification.
Platform/infrastructure engineering; Nice to have NLP/document understanding, cloud-native.
