🎯 Requirements

10+ years of software development experience.
Strong architecture background with Java, Python, or C++, and Spring/React.js/Node.js.
Strong grasp of design principles for scalable, maintainable systems.
Excellent communication; distill complex concepts clearly.
Experience on a platform team treating developers as customers.
Experience with internationalization/localization for large-scale apps is a plus.
