🎯 Requirements

12+ years Java development with Hibernate and Spring Boot.
Deep understanding of design patterns, scalability, security, OO principles.
4+ years automating large-scale prod services on AWS or GCP.
Relational databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL.
Strong communication across functions and distributed teams.
Lead and mentor junior engineers.
