🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with depth in intelligent workflows, enterprise AI adoption, automation, or data engineering.
• Proven track record leading large-scale initiatives; hands-on with Python/Java/Go/Scala.
• Strong architectural judgment and systems thinking, balancing short-term delivery with long-term sustainability.
• Demonstrated ability to influence across teams through technical leadership, collaboration, and sound decision making.
• Experience mentoring engineers and raising the technical bar of an organization.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
