- Messaging systems: RabbitMQ, Kafka.
- AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor).
- Integrating AI capabilities via prompts, API integration, and LLM services.
- Linux development environment experience.
- Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong leadership and communication.
- Nice to have: MCP server design for AI workflows.
- Nice to have: Front-end frameworks like React.
- Nice to have: Go and Python programming.
