🎯 Requirements

10-13 years experience in C#, .NET, C++
Scope of Responsibility: Full product ownership
Mentor senior & principal engineers and engineering managers
Code quality: clean, maintainable code; TDD, unit tests, and reviews
Problem solving: strong analytical and scalable design skills
