🎯 Requirements

12+ years of software engineering experience
Rust systems programming with async frameworks (Tokio/async-std)
Horizontally scalable, highly available distributed systems
Strong Linux internals: kernel-user space, networking, namespaces
Performance instrumentation, containers, Git workflows, and CI/CD
gRPC, Protobufs, and L4-L7 networking protocols
