🎯 Requirements

- Strong leadership, communication, and results-driven mindset.
- Hands-on with DevOps/CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git; Sonar.
- Proficient with modern test automation frameworks and testing tools.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
- Able to connect technical capabilities with business outcomes.
