Define and evangelize DevSecOps roadmap (CI/CD, IaC, cloud ops)
Lead a small team of engineers; mentor on secure coding and DevSecOps principles
Secure code, applications, and infrastructure with SAST/DAST/SCA, WAF, IDS/IPS, SIEM/SOAR
Ensure systems adhere to industry security standards and regulations (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI DSS)
Support audit activities with evidence collection; enforce security policies and guidelines

🎯 Requirements

DevSecOps leader with cross-functional team and program experience
10+ years hands-on; CS degree; AWS, GCP, or private cloud
Secrets management: HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault, or Kubernetes Secrets
Strong development and automation with C/C++, Java, Python, or Go
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/GKE) and Terraform/Ansible/CloudFormation
