🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in product management, trading or fintech.
- Strong trading knowledge: spot, equities, derivatives; risk management.
- Interest or experience in tokenisation and digital securities.
- Regulatory experience with US/EU frameworks (SEC, CFTC, MiFID II).
- Analytical, prioritisation, and decision-making to balance trade-offs.
- Excellent communication and leadership to align teams.
