🎯 Requirements

- Strong understanding of manual trading workflows across mobile and web.
- Translate user research and LatAm insights into actionable roadmaps.
- Excellent product sense and a history of shipping user-loved products.
- Strong analytical skills—data-driven prioritization and outcomes.
- Proven cross-functional leadership; Spanish/Portuguese proficiency a plus.
