- Product mgmt for crypto trading across Spot, Margin, Futures, Perpetuals and Options.
- Define strategy, prioritize features, and drive UX across Web and App.
- Own liquidity and fee strategy; partner with market makers.

- End-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch with metrics.
- Partner with engineering, risk, compliance, legal, operations, marketing, and BD.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in product mgmt for crypto trading platforms or derivatives.
- Derivatives domain expert: margins, order workflows, market microstructure.
- Led large-scale trading platform transformations (unified accounts, cross-margin).
- Understand liquidity economics and risk: funding, index/mark price, fees.
- Experience with regulatory launches; familiarity with Singapore and EU MiCA.
- Proven ability to work with institutional clients, market makers, vendors.
- Technical fluency in exchange systems; smart contracts/tokenomics a plus.
