  • 4-5 years in account management, technical sales, or customer success
  • Excellent communication; builds strong client/internal relationships
  • Comfortable conducting tech discussions about the product
  • Creative problem solver; analytical and proactive
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish or French is a plus
