Principal Security Engineer, Infrastructure Security

📋 Description

• Own architecture and roadmap for core security services (authN/Z, proxies, key mgmt).
• Design planet-scale security systems across hardware, OS, Kubernetes, networks, CI/CD.
• Lead cross-functional launches with infra and research teams; shape interfaces and rollout.
• Build or evolve security primitives (identity, attestation, authz, key lifecycle, access mediation).
• Leverage frontier models to automate detection and mitigation in cloud/on-prem.
• Lead design reviews and threat models; drive closure on systemic issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software engineering with a track record shipping reliable distributed systems.
• Experience building security infra at planet scale (auth, proxies, key mgmt).
• Deep understanding of security principles, best practices, and vulnerabilities.
• Lead cross-team technical initiatives: direction, alignment, execution.
• Expertise securing large-scale cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), multi-cloud networks.
• Proactive, identify and address security gaps via automation.
