- Deep expertise in sales compensation plan design, quota management, and commissions modeling
- Salesforce.com experience and hands-on CaptivateIQ; CaptivateIQ certification a plus
- Experience at a SaaS company; understands recurring revenue and evolving comp programs
- Familiarity with Sage Intacct and rev ops integration
- Ability to translate complex models into clear language for reps, leaders, and finance
- Curious, creative, bold mindset; asks great questions and seeks better ways
- Bachelor's or higher degree, or compelling story
