  • Lead strategy, design, and execution of global sales compensation from plan design to payout
  • Partner with Revenue Ops, Sales Leadership, and FP&A to build data-driven compensation plans
  • Own accurate commission calculations and payments; handle follow-ups with transparency
  • Roll out new commission plans and spiffs with clear communication and docs
  • Drive ICM tool strategy, ownership of configuration, enhancements, and roadmap
  • Build performance reporting and analytics for leadership

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years experience, with 5+ focused on sales compensation for a sales org with 150+ commissionable employees
  • Deep expertise in sales compensation plan design, quota management, and commissions modeling
  • Salesforce.com experience and hands-on CaptivateIQ; CaptivateIQ certification a plus
  • Experience at a SaaS company; understands recurring revenue and evolving comp programs
  • Familiarity with Sage Intacct and rev ops integration
  • Ability to translate complex models into clear language for reps, leaders, and finance
  • Curious, creative, bold mindset; asks great questions and seeks better ways
  • Bachelor's or higher degree, or compelling story
