- Mentor engineers and foster a culture of excellence.
- Ensure RF system quality and OTA characterization in labs.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering; PhD preferred.
- 15+ years RF hardware design experience in wireless devices and sensors.
- mmWave & Radar expertise: RF/mmWave hardware, phased array, FMCW radar for human-sensing.
- Cadence Allegro/Capture, HFSS, and Keysight ADS proficiency.
- Tx/Rx specs flow-down, linearity, noise analysis, IC/pack co-design.
- Python scripting for test automation and data processing.
