- MSc or PhD in EE, physics, applied math, or aerospace with estimation theory focus.
- Strong foundation in estimation/detection theory, linear algebra, probability, optimization.
- Python proficiency; prototype, simulate, and analyze data daily.
- Comfort with imperfect real-world datasets and pragmatic tradeoffs.
- Ability to read and improve an existing algorithmic codebase; avoid rewrites.
- Familiarity with RF propagation physics and TDOA/FDOA/AoA models.
