📋 Description

• Lead researchers and engineers on large-scale ML for training and inference.
• Define a research roadmap to improve training, serving, and adapting LLMs at scale.
• Drive algorithms for large-scale neural network training and inference.
• Optimize end-to-end ML systems for distributed training and compute efficiency.
• Partner with product/engineering to translate research into customer capabilities.
• Hands-on coding in Python and PyTorch; prototyping and integration with production.
