🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth tech or SaaS.
- Experience recruiting across multiple EMEA markets with multi-channel engagement (DACH, CEE, Southern Europe).
- Go-To-Market hiring experience (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support); G&A a plus.
- AI fluency with responsible adoption of new tools and workflows.
- Comfortable delivering impact quickly in complex, fast-moving environments.
- Eligible to work in Ireland without restriction.
🎁 Benefits
- Base pay range: €80,000–€120,000 EUR.
- Total compensation may include bonus, equity, sign-on, and benefits.
