• Own quality outcomes across configurations, clinical integration, and releases.
• Design validation architecture: test data, env management, automation, CI/CD.
• Improve release confidence by systematizing validation earlier in development.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical leadership; shape acceptance criteria.
• Perform targeted exploratory testing on high-risk areas and configurable paths.

• Established or evolved a QA function with guiding principles, tools, and culture.
• Partner with engineers and product; influence development practices.
• Deep technical fluency in test automation, CI/CD, testing infrastructure; build frameworks.
• Systems thinking: risk models, failure modes, configuration matrices, integration boundaries.
• Balance automation with exploratory testing; know when to apply each.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; define structure and objectives.
