- Lead enterprise BCP/DR program strategy and governance.
- Own and mature the BIA process and risk ratings.

- Coordinate DR exercises, tabletop tests, remediation tracking, and evidence collection.

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information security, CS, business, risk mgmt, or related field; 8+ years in BCP/DR or risk.
- 8+ years leading or maturing BCP/DR or resilience programs.
- Experience designing/maturing BCP/DR in bank/fintech or regulated financial services.
- Experience BIAs, recovery planning, dependency mapping, resilience testing, and remediation tracking.
- Experience implementing frameworks (ISO 22301, NIST, FFIEC) and regulatory guidance.
- Certifications: CBCP, CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
