🎯 Requirements

- Ability to introduce tooling into PM processes (AI, Airtable preferred)
- Strong knowledge of PM methodologies and managing complex programs
- Ability to define KPIs and success metrics with outcomes in mind
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills; high emotional intelligence
